All content you create inside Inkmark — notes, drawings, exports — is stored only on your device, in your device's local storage or a folder you choose.

Since we collect no data, we use no data.

Your content exists solely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. Inkmark works fully offline and does not require an internet connection to function.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All app data is stored locally on your device
• It is protected by your device's built-in security (screen lock, device encryption)
• We recommend keeping your Android/iOS operating system up to date for the best security
• We have no access to your files or notes at any time

5. Export & Sharing

When you use Inkmark's built-in export or share features (PDF, PNG, Markdown), data is transferred only to apps or destinations you explicitly choose — such as your email app, Google Drive, or Files app.

Inkmark does not intercept, log, or retain any content during this process.

6. Third-Party Services

Inkmark does not integrate any of the following:

• Advertising SDKs
• Analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Crash reporting tools that transmit data externally
• Social media SDKs

If a future version of Inkmark introduces optional third-party services, users will be clearly notified and given an opt-in choice before any data is shared.

7. Children's Privacy

Inkmark is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13.

Because we collect absolutely no personal data, Inkmark complies with:

No parental consent is required for children to use the app.
